Newly Appointed Bishop of Manchester, NH Welcomed According to Polish Tradition
The newly-appointed bishop of the Catholic diocese of Manchester, NH, presided over Mass and visited St. Casimir School in Manchester on January 26, 2012.Bishop Peter Anthony Libasci spoke warmly and eloquently to the students, teachers and staff, and, according to fourth grade teacher S Grace Marie del Priore, "seemed to sincerely enjoy the time spent with them."
Sister Grace said Bishop Libasci impressed everyone as being a kind man who was concerned about others. "The teachers found that he had a fine, engaging way of speaking to the children. It was a wonderful, blessed day for all present!"
