First of the New Year!

We had our Christmas festivities at school. Santa came to visit the kids; we sang songs and he gave them each a dollar coin. We had the school Christmas party. Parent volunteers came in while the teachers had our faculty meeting and party. I had movies and crafts ready for them. Luckily, my class was pretty good for the volunteers! (It's an interesting class.)

 

Then we celebrated a traditional Polish Wigilia as a convent. We also helped Father at Mass. Then we went out separate ways for the vacation time. I went to New Jersey. The first few days were with my family and the last were at the convent that I first entered in here. It was great to see everyone and to reconnect. The high point was seeing my friends' baby, who is 6 months old now and really adorable!
