Follow me as I journey as a Felician Franciscan Sister. I am currently a classroom teacher and I love what I am doing. The juggle between my active life and my prayer life are slowly coming into rhythm. Hope you enjoy my little stories about my "life".

Spring has finally come to New Hampshire
spring has finally come to New Hampshire, so life is good over here.
We had our Curriculum Fair. The students spent the day seeing and being seen; they went to other classrooms to see their projects and they came to us to see ours. Without planning to, first grade and mine did the same topic, the planets and solar system. The age difference was significant enough that there were differences between their projects, so it wasn't an issue. It was interesting to see what others did; some really were quite good. I was most impressed by the 7th grade's. They imagined their own country, and thought of what the economy, culture, religion, etc. would be. Then they made models of them.
Then we went on vacation! It was extra-special for me, as my mom and grandma came to visit. We went shopping at the outlet stores across the Maine border and out to eat. We also rested and relaxed together. It was great to see them and to show them around Manchester.
